This was the second time we had used R&D, and at a time when it was hard to find availability, and quotes and assessments were laborious to arrange because of COVID, we were happy to approach them once again. Kevin was friendly and informative during the assessment, and they came up with a good plan to move the contents one household to 2 destinations, one local, one long distance. Jade was unfailingly helpful and patient on the phone as everyone was scrambling to exchange sale contracts and secure a Removal booking in what seemed like the busiest removals period ever. On Removal day the teams were incredibly hard working, good natured, helpful, and engaged in problem solving to make sure that everything got safely packed. All items were placed correctly in the new houses, beds and other items were quickly re-assembled, and they were very careful not to scuff walls etc. They were very quick collecting the empty boxes when we were ready. R&D are one of the less expensive removal services - good value!

I only have good words for Roberts & Denny's. From the original quote, the move and ultimately the box collection, everything was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. The move, particularly, went really smoothly. Team arrived on time and was careful with our belongings at all time. Furthermore, they were both patient and adaptable. Back in the office, Jade and Kieran have always been very responsive and efficient throughout the whole process. I had initially compared Roberts & Denny's with some of their local competitors - however they were more prompt in providing a quote (in accordance with what the market charges) and generally much more reactive and professional.
