Removals & Storage Services West Norwood

This is the second time I've used Roberts & Denny's Removals, but the first time using them for moving out of London to Hastings, East Sussex. My gosh, they were fast and efficient. Moved my belongings and furniture out within an hour and got to Hastings before I did. They were patient, as I had to wait for over 2 hours to get the keys to my new property. Everything was moved to the right rooms, furniture re-assembed and positioned - all within one hour. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Roberts and Denny's. From Jade who took our first call to the Manager Kieran who dropped off our boxes and explained how everything would work. Kieran even dropped over extra wrapping paper on Easter Sunday when we'd run out! The chaps that moved us were hard working and got the job done - even thought they had to wait ages in the van while we waited for the keys to our new house. Would definitely use them again.

The move, particularly, went really smoothly. Team arrived on time and was careful with our belongings at all time. Furthermore, they were both patient and adaptable. Back in the office, Jade and Kieran have always been very responsive and efficient throughout the whole process. I had initially compared Roberts & Denny's with some of their local competitors - however they were more prompt in providing a quote (in accordance with what the market charges) and generally much more reactive and professional.
